By accessing or using Wazera ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Wazera provides a WhatsApp Business automation platform that enables businesses to send messages, manage conversations, run campaigns, and integrate via API through the official WhatsApp Cloud API.
3. Account Registration
You must register an account to use the Service. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk messages to users who have not opted in
- Violate WhatsApp's Business Policy or Commerce Policy
- Use the Service for illegal purposes
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
5. Billing and Payments
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change our prices with 30 days' notice.
6. API Usage
API access is subject to rate limits and usage quotas based on your subscription plan. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API keys and must not share them with unauthorized parties.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Wazera and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Wazera be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes through the Service or by email.
